Biography:
I previously completed my Integrated Masters in Chemistry at the University of Birmingham. During my time there, I undertook an industrial placement at RSSL in the Pharmaceutical Wet Chemistry Department. My master’s project focused on the post-synthetic modification of MOFs for removing heavy metals from water.
My research project focuses on understanding how aggressive surface cleaners affect indoor air quality. By quantifying emission factors and examining how concentrations evolve under different conditions, my work aims to provide clearer insights into exposure risks and potential mitigation strategies.
